Today is shaping up to be quite a day of activity in Chislehurst. As well as the beer festival, there will also be a Spring Fair on the Recreation Ground.
Run by voluntary group Friends of Chislehurst Recreation Ground, the fair will include a range of activities including a petting farm, stalls and rides. Matthew Male, who is on the committee, adds that there will also be a chance to “walk on water” – although this is not recommended for those who had attended the Beer Festival.
Money raised will be used to fund further improvements to the park. Click on the poster for further details.
